Kathy Nicola
Certified Personal ADHD Coach

I’m a certified personal coach specializing in helping clients with ADHD (“ADD”) discover their strengths and use them to create solutions, satisfaction and success. I’m also a person with ADHD that went unidentified for 37 years. I know the frustration of having to struggle with everyday activities that non-ADDers take for granted. And I know the thrill of persevering against all obstacles to accomplish a cherished goal, like going back to school – earning a bachelor’s degree at age 38 and a master’s two years later.  The more we know about ADD – our ADD – and how it manifests in our lives, the better able we are to make choices and take action that will bring us the success we are capable and worthy of.
