Group for Adults with ADHD
Experience
the power of group coaching, learn strategies and skills for coping
with ADHD, and move forward on your goals in this 4-week interactive
coaching group. You will
receive guidance and productive feedback and will be challenged,
supported and inspired by your peers and an ADHD life coach in a
safe and encouraging environment.
The group is designed to help you:

Refine your ADHD coping skills and
learn new ones
q
Learn time-management and
organizational tools and strategies
q
Improve awareness, acceptance, and
overcome fears and stigmas that damage self-esteem
q
Define and prioritize achievable
personal and career goals
q
Design and follow through with
personalized behavioral strategies to improve organization, time
management, and activation, and to reduce procrastination
q
Explore traditional and
non-traditional approaches that best fit your needs, including
exercise, meditation, and nutrition
q
Recognize and use your strengths as
well as overcome weaknesses

Debra Michaud, M.A., is a life coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and a professional organizer who specializes in helping people with ADHD. She coaches people individually and in group settings to optimize their strengths and learn strategies to manage challenges associated with ADHD.
